Brought to you by Hybrid Television Services, CASPA On-Demand is a new service delivering movies, television, music videos and more direct to your living room. Here is your step-by-step guide to get you on your way to on-demand entertainment at the click of a button:

1. To use all aspects of the CASPA On-Demand service, you must create a CASPA Wallet*, linking your My Account to your credit/debit card. You can opt to create your CASPA Wallet during the TiVo activation process or come back to My Account later and add a credit/debit card to your account whenever you’re ready.
2. Once your CASPA Wallet is created, go to your TiVo media device and launch the CASPA On-Demand application from TiVo Central.
3. Browse through the available rentals and find content that interests you. Found a great new release? Let’s rent it!
4. Move the selection cursor over your chosen item and press SELECT. Here you can get details on the director, actors, ratings, a brief synopsis, file size and the price. Looks good? Select DOWNLOAD NOW.
5. Now you must enter your PIN, which was setup when you created your CASPA Wallet on My Account. Don’t remember it? Log back in to My Account and change it.
6. When you first use the CASPA On-Demand service on your TiVo, you will be asked to Top-Up your account. This will add an initial balance of your choosing to your CASPA Wallet: $10, $20, or $50. You’re then free to browse and rent at will – no more Top-Ups until your account runs low!
7. Finished topping up? Note the length of time your item will be available to watch before confirming your download. Generally you are given a set number of days in which to start watching your content. Once you begin watching, you generally have 48 hours to watch it as often as you like before it is deleted from your TiVo. The time lengths vary depending on the selected content, so take note.
8. Once confirmed, you will see a Thank You screen. From here, please wait a few minutes for the download to begin. You will know your TiVo is downloading the content when the blue light on the front of the media device turns on.
9. Once the download has begun, wait a few minutes to allow a buffer to build, then you can begin watching! Generally you can watch the download without pause as it downloads, but this is dependent on your broadband connection speed.
10. Your downloads can be found in your Now Playing List under the CASPA On-Demand folder until your rental period expires. Enjoy!

Don’t remember when your download will be deleted? View the program information screen for the exact time and day of expiration.
