Subscribe to a series of Podcasts with Apple iTunes, then go to TiVo Desktop 2.8, and set up an auto-transfer of the new Podcast folder in the video tab. Now as long as TiVo Desktop is running, each time your Podcast folder updates, the new Podcast video will be sent to your TiVo media device!

Rock Some Tunes
Connect your PC or Mac and stream your MP3 music collection to your TiVo media device with ease! While streaming music you can use your remote control to fast forward and rewind within the song, press CHANNEL UP or CHANNEL DOWN to skip around the playlist or use the numerical pad to jump to specific songs in the line-up. Don’t get caught playing that song: you can also publish M3U playlists on your PC - or iTunes playlists on your Mac - to ensure only songs you want to hear now get played out.
Crank up the Speed
For the fastest transfers possible, connect your TiVo AND your PC to your home network via Ethernet.
Find it Fast
If your PC has any trouble finding your TiVo media device, try changing the Access Control. Right click on the TiVo Server icon in the system tray and select “TiVo Server Properties”. Select the Access Control Tab and then tick Custom. Now tick every TiVo media device listed that is yours – even if there is only one. This will give TiVo Desktop a specific IP address to hone in on upon start up every time.
