Purchased a product that requires activation?

If you purchased a Home Networking Package or additional TiVo Desktop Plus Key, you need to activate that product. An email was sent to you containing a token when you made your purchase through the online shop.

Please enter the Token you purchased.

What is a token?
  • Contains numbers [0-9] and letters [A-F]
  • Are not case sensitive
  • Are 32 characters long


Lost your product token?

If you cannot locate your token please enter your e-mail address and we will email you any of your tokens that have not been activated.
