The TiVo Swap Out Offer is now closed.

If you purchased your Fetch Mighty using the discount code we provided you before midnight 30 November 2017, you'll receive a call from Harvey Norman within a week of placing your purchase regarding when your Fetch Mighty device will be ready for pick up at your nominated Harvey Norman store.

REMEMBER - You must take your registered TiVo device to your nominated Harvey Norman store in order to swap it for your Fetch Mighty device. Your TiVo device will then be deactivated and securely e-cycled by Harvey Norman.

This will complete your TiVo Swap Out!

If you have only registered one out of several eligible TiVo devices you own, please ensure you bring in the correct device (with correct TiVo Service Number) for the swap, as this will be checked in store. If unsure, email TiVo Support on support@mytivo.com.au to confirm which Discount Code is assigned to which TiVo Service Number (TSN) (if you have multiple TiVo devices). You must bring in the correct TiVo device for the swap to be processed.

To connect and use your Fetch Mighty with your TV you will need:

  1. To activate your Fetch Mighty device, which includes a $1 activation fee, payable by Australian MasterCard or Visa
  2. A spare HDMI connection on your television
  3. A Wi-Fi or Ethernet broadband internet connection with a minimum line speed of 3MB per second (for a single set top box).
  4. A free to air antenna
